There is famous news for women who want to get in better shape this year.
Curves has reopened in Nipomo at the Casa Grande Shopping Center in Olde Towne, justly next-door to Nipomo Flowers and Gifts, at 260 W. Tefft St.
Anita Navarro has been operating Curves franchise gyms for nine years in Santa Maria and Guadalupe and certain to open in Nipomo where the prior Curves store was located.
Curves is a specialized, inclusive concept for overall women’s health that includes nutrition and sustenance consultation, motivation and a physical conditioning program that is easy to do and gets results in 30 minutes per day.
Each colleague works with an instructor who guides the person to meet individual needs and goals.
Having a rote that is easy to follow and fun without pressure is important to living a life of gentle health and well-being.
Our bodies are designed for movement, and failing to do that results in imbalance, downfall of muscle strength, pain, illness, disease and an increased gamble of falling.
