This year's trends were unclouded. Gluten-free is everywhere -- in crackers, breads, lavashes, pasta. Every chocolate or caramel score must feature one sea-salted candy. Dates, figs and honey are coming on vigorous. And chipotle still reigns as flavor of the decade.
