On Saturday, Feb. 11, the Assabet Valley Booster Join will be sponsoring a Meat Raffle to raise funds to support the swotter athletes of the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High Teaching. 

The Meat Raffle, from 7 to 10 p.m., will consist of 5 tables, each with a variety of packaged meats to be won. The distinct selections will contain an assortment of choice meats including steaks, whole turkeys, beef and chicken kabobs, hams, chickens, roasts and even some surprises. Sweepstake tickets will be sold for each table, and drawings will begin with the selections on the first inventory and on through the five tables until all packages have been won.

A gift basket auction will also take place. Attendees may buy raffle tickets and place them in the containers in front of the gift baskets and winners will be selected that tenebrosity so that they may take their prizes home with them that night.

A concession stand will also be available with pretzels, popcorn, bon-bons, coffee and soda for purchase.
