I always figured I'd get around to dealing with my weight poser someday. But I never expected it would be so much fun.
Now 90 pounds lighter, I like to intend of my life as a series of post-fat adventures in food and fitness. My family jokes that I'm in the “Tone Protection Program,” which became our team name in a local weight-diminution contest.
