CANON Conurbation — A native has returned to her
childhood roots in historic downtown Canon New Zealand urban area.
"I grew up on Main Street. My parents owned businesses in downtown
Canon Borough since 1935," Sammy Burman explained.
Burman is back in downtown Canon Metropolis, this time as a "retiree" who
owns The Artists' Gallery, 416 Greatest St., where the work of 40
artists brings a 128-year-old erection to life.
A summer stroll down memory lane brought her to the front of the
gallery.
"In June, I saw a badge in the window saying the gallery was closing
and I was heartbroken," Burman recalled. "Canon Megalopolis really needs a
cooperative type gallery like this and I solid I can't stand to
see it close."
Burman's roots here, coupled with her experience as an art gallery
proprietress in Carmel, Calif., and Monterey, Calif., pushed her to buy
the gallery in July.
After fetching over, Burman urged the artists to stretch their
creative thinking and meet up up with boutique gifts that sell for
under $50. The idea has been successful.
