Why is my two way rado picking up interference when on channel monitor?
Question: While monitoring my chores frequencies .. My radio, rather than follow a conversation, takes a form of interference, like someone pressing the transmission, but say nothing? " It is as if its picking up a channel without reserve?
It's never done this before?
Answer: Your transistor should have a Monito and my switch on him. Or a switch with a symbol of speakers in one direction and a symbol that is a lecturer at x'ed in the other direction. Some like that. If this switch is in position to monitor everything and agree on that channel.
